Please note that, according to subparagraph b of paragraph 3.1 of Section 3 of the contract for the expert evaluation of materials for medicinal products concluded between the Center and the Customer, the latter undertakes to provide a document confirming payment of the state fee provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.05.2005 No. 376, in the form of a State Treasury certificate or a payment instruction bearing an original imprint of the bank's seal (stamp), and, accordingly, the submission of paper copies of the payment of the fee for state registration (re-registration) of a medicinal product is not provided for.
We also inform you that the Center does not have accounts with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine and is not a user of the software and hardware complex “Treasury Client – Treasury” or of the accounting system of the State Treasury Service AS “E-Kazna Revenues.”
In view of the above, we emphasize that copies of confirmations of payment of the fee for state registration (re-registration) of a medicinal product are not accepted, and we ask applicants (customers) to comply with the terms of the contract.
