By MoH of Ukraine order No. 396 of 18.05.13, the instruction for medical use (hereinafter – the instruction) of the original (reference) medicinal product containing metformin, namely Glucophage XR, prolonged-release tablets, was approved, with amendments and additions to the following sections of the instruction: “Indications”, “Method of administration”, “Contraindications”, “Adverse reactions”, “Overdose”, “Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding”, “Children”, “Special warnings and precautions for use”, “Ability to influence reaction speed when driving or operating other machinery”, “Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction”.
List of medicinal products containing metformin as an active ingredient, authorized for medical use in Ukraine.
