Attention to business entities engaged in retail trade of medicinal products on the market of Ukraine! We provide lists of over-the-counter medicinal products by their storage conditions

In connection with the receipt by the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Center) of requests for the provision of lists of medicinal products registered in Ukraine that are dispensed without prescriptions, classified by their storage conditions (in a refrigerator, in a cool place, at room temperature, in a place protected from light, dark or dry place), we inform.

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, storage conditions are determined for each medicinal product on the basis of the results of studies of its stability, confirmed by the materials of the registration dossier and specified in the approved instruction for medical use of the medicinal product, as well as on its packaging. 

The official source of information on medicinal products registered in Ukraine is the State Register of Medicinal Products. The information of the State Register contains, in particular, the approved instructions for medical use of medicinal products, which set out their storage conditions.

Please note that the List of medicinal products authorized for use in Ukraine that are dispensed without a prescription was approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 330 dated 16 March 2026.

In order to provide information support to business entities and provide them with up-to-date information on the storage conditions of over-the-counter medicinal products, the Center, on the basis of the data of the State Register, has compiled the relevant information lists in Microsoft Excel format (attached).

Please note that the same medicinal product may be included simultaneously in several information lists if the approved storage conditions for it provide for a combination of several requirements (for example, "store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C" and "store in a place protected from light").

 In case of full or partial use of the information and materials posted on the official website of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, a reference to the official website of the Center as the source of information is mandatory.
