Born on 01 January 1963 in the city of Novohrad-Volynskyi (now Zviahel), Zhytomyr Oblast.
Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Has more than 35 years of experience in the regulation of the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, public administration, the establishment, organization and administration of pharmaceutical companies, professional and public associations, and strategic consulting on public policy and the development of the pharmaceutical sector.

1986graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”
1998graduated from the National University of Pharmacy (now NUPh)
2009defended a dissertation for the scientific degree of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
