Yevheniia Ishkova – Deputy Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for Clinical Trials, Registration and Pharmacovigilance, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Ishkova Ye.V. graduated from Luhansk State Medical University and obtained the qualification of “Pharmacist.” She holds a Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences degree and has more than 15 years of experience in managing and organizing processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
She began her professional career at the Department of Pharmacology and continued at the Department of Drug Technology, Organization and Economics of Pharmacy of Luhansk State Medical University as an assistant. Soon she became a lecturer and associate professor of the department. At the same time, she was Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Luhansk State Medical University.
From 2013, she worked in managerial positions at pharmaceutical industry enterprises. She headed a regional structural unit, managed projects and programs in the field of tangible (intangible) production, including pharmacovigilance issues, headed a budget sales department, and served as a general director.
She joined the team of the State Expert Center in 2020.
Since 26 January 2021, has served as Deputy Director of the Center for Pharmacovigilance.
Since 01.04.21, has held the position of Deputy Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for registration and pharmacovigilance.
Since 10.11.25 has held the position of Deputy Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for clinical trials and pharmacovigilance.
Since 01.01.2026, he/she has held the position of Deputy Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for health technology assessment and clinical trials.
