State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and Uzhhorod National University are officially strengthening cooperation in the field of medical and pharmaceutical education, science and development of human resources of the healthcare system.
The respective Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Edem Adamov and the Acting Rector of Uzhhorod National University Volodymyr Smolanka during a working meeting in Zakarpattia.
The Memorandum consolidates the partnership in a number of strategic areas. In particular, it concerns the implementation of joint educational and scientific initiatives, exchange of expert experience, development of postgraduate education and advanced training of specialists in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
"The development of the healthcare system begins with people – professionals who will shape its future. We are interested in ensuring that students and researchers have access to modern knowledge and best practices. That is why, for the State Expert Center, such cooperation with the university is not merely an area of activity but a strategic investment in the quality of medical care and regulatory expertise," noted Edem Adamanov.
The parties will pay particular attention to cooperation in the areas of pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, and standardization of medical care. The Memorandum also provides for shared access to scientific resources, the implementation of scientific and publishing initiatives, and the further development of international cooperation in the field of healthcare.
"The signed Memorandum lays the foundation for a long-term partnership that will unite the educational, scientific, and expert potential of our institutions. This will make it possible to work jointly on the development of evidence-based medicine and the training of professionals capable of effectively responding to modern challenges of the healthcare system," emphasized the Director of the Center.
