Responsibilities:
- ensuring timely supply of the Center’s units with materials and equipment in cooperation with the warehouse manager;
- preparation and handover of material assets to the warehouse, and of properly executed financial documents and reports to the accounting department;
- quality control of office premises cleaning;
- participation in the inventory of material assets, equipment, office equipment, and furniture;
- preparation of official documents on matters within the competence of the department;
- regular inspection of the building and adjacent territory;
- monitoring the technical condition of premises, keeping records of malfunctions and organizing their elimination;
- carrying out minor routine repairs: replacing lamps, switches, sockets, fixing minor plumbing faults, adjusting doors, windows, locks, etc.;
- receiving and processing requests regarding technical malfunctions and ensuring their timely resolution;
- in emergency situations – taking immediate measures to contain them and arranging for specialized services to be called;
- support of contractor organizations during maintenance work and quality control of the work performed;
- keeping records of consumables and preparing requests for their procurement;
- if necessary, participation in moving furniture and loading and unloading operations.
Candidate requirements:
- complete or basic general secondary/secondary technical education; technical education will be an advantage;
- work experience – from 6 months;
- basic PC skills.
