Dear customers and partners!
The State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" informs about the start of the reorganization procedure by transformation into the state non-profit company "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
This reorganization is aimed at fulfilling the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Specifics of Regulating the Activities of Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms during the Transition Period and Associations of Legal Entities", which obligated the authorized management bodies, by 28 February 2026, to adopt a decision, in particular on the reorganization of enterprises whose sole participant (founder) is the state.
In compliance with the above requirements, taking into account the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Management of State-Owned Objects" and other regulatory legal acts regulating the activity and reorganization of state enterprises, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as the authorized management body, by order No. 249 of 26 February 2026, adopted a decision on the reorganization of the state enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" by transforming it into a state non-commercial company and established a transformation commission.
For the period of implementation of the transformation measures, the authority to manage the affairs of the Center passes to the head of the transformation commission — Edem ADAMANOV, of which a corresponding entry has been made in the established procedure in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations.
Please note that:
- the reorganization is carried out exclusively by transformation without termination of activity and change of functionality;
- the provision of services is carried out on a continuous basis in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine;
- the terms of interaction with customers, the timeframes for performance of work and the level of responsibility remain unchanged;
- all obligations to partners are fulfilled in full.
The purpose of the transformation is to bring the organizational and legal form of the enterprise into compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and modern standards of corporate governance, taking into account practices common in the countries of the European Union.
During the transformation, the Center continues to perform in full the tasks assigned to it and the obligations it has assumed, and will also ensure proper and timely information about the progress of the reorganization and all changes that may have legal or organizational significance.
