On parking of visitors' cars on the territory of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

To the attention of representatives of enterprises, institutions, organizations

WE INFORM,

Due to the update of the software of the vehicle access control system for entry to the territory of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, it is necessary to update or provide information about vehicles.

Information can be submitted:

• to the e-mail address: dec@dec.gov.ua;
• in person to the "Service Center";
• by filling out an application with the operator of the "Service Center".

The territory of the Center at the address: Simi Brodskykh St., 10, is equipped with parking spaces. Visitors who have arrived at the Center on matters related to its activities have the opportunity to park their car on the specified territory for the duration of their stay.

Parking is allowed on reception days from 09:15 to 15:15.

Admission through the barrier is carried out automatically, provided that information is submitted in advance in accordance with the form below to the Records Management Department of the Center at the e-mail address dec@dec.gov.ua.

Before submitting information, please note the following:

• Information about the vehicle and the driver is submitted once, and not before each visit to the Center.
• The information needs to be updated only in case of a change of the vehicle or the driver's data. In this case, a new letter must be prepared and sent to the email address dec@dec.gov.ua.

* The above information is required to identify the vehicle owner and to enter it into the database of the Center's automatic access control system.
