Державний експертний центр МОЗ України як активний учасник системи БПР (провайдер №2241 з 2023 р.) проводить навчання з безперервного професійного розвитку (БПР) для медичних та фармацевтичних працівників.
The training is conducted in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.07.2021 No.725 (as amended) and is registered in the electronic CPD system. The programs cover the scope of activity of a national regulatory authority and are based on international recommendations and best global practices.
Main thematic areas
- preclinical studies and clinical trials;
- state registration of medicinal products (including medical immunobiological preparations);
- bioavailability and equivalence studies;
- pharmacovigilance and post-registration safety monitoring;
- health technology assessment (HTA);
- standardization in the field of medical services;
- rational pharmacotherapy system (including the formulary system)
Training format: online.
Healthcare professionals are invited to participate: medical and pharmaceutical professionals, rehabilitation specialists, heads of healthcare institutions, as well as professionals and specialists (including those with non-medical education) working in the healthcare system, educational institutions, trade union organizations and public associations in this field. From 1 January 2024, the requirements for continuing professional development also apply to professional junior bachelors, junior bachelors, bachelors with pharmaceutical education and professionals with higher non-medical education working in the healthcare system.
CPD points and certification
Each event:
- is registered in the electronic CPD system of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine;
- has a defined number of CPD points according to its type and duration;
- provides for the assessment of learning outcomes;
- concludes with the issuance of a CPD certificate, which is displayed in the participant's electronic portfolio.
The number of points and the registration number are indicated in the announcement of each individual event after it has been entered into the CPD system.
Please note! In view of the martial law, the security situation, possible power and communication outages, and the increased workload on healthcare professionals, an updated approach to conducting continuous professional development (CPD) activities has been temporarily introduced. Assessment of learning outcomes (knowledge, competencies and practical skills) may be carried out within 72 hours from the start of the CPD activity. This procedure will be in effect until the end of March inclusive. The Center, as a CPD provider, takes these conditions into account when planning and conducting training, ensuring control of participation and objective assessment of results. In accordance with further decisions of the State Non-Profit Enterprise "Center for Education Quality of the MoH", the corresponding procedure established by the Center will be ensured.
