З метою покращення доступності та прозорості регуляторних вимог щодо проведення клінічних досліджень в Україні для наявних та потенційних іноземних спонсорів / заявників на сайті ДП «Державний експертний центр» МОЗ України розміщено переклад посібника «Посібник: загальні принципи організації діяльності комісій з питань етики при лікувально-профілактичних закладах, в яких проводяться клінічні випробування лікарських засобів» на англійську мову, здійснений ТОВ «Сінерджи Групп Україна».
«Guideline On general principles for organizing the activities of ethics committees in medical and preventive institutions, involved in drug clinical trials conduct (recommendations for experts)»
The guide was developed taking into account international documents regulating the work of ethics committees: the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki “Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects”, the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects developed by the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS), ICH GCP, Directive 2001/20/EC, REGULATION (EU) No. 536/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014, as well as the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Medicinal Products” and MoH of Ukraine Order No. 690 of 23.09.2009 “On Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Clinical Trials of Medicinal Products and Expert Evaluation of Clinical Trial Materials and the Model Regulations on Ethics Committees”, as amended.
