In accordance with the Regulation on the Expert Committee on Health Technology Assessment of the State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", approved by order of the State Expert Center of the MoH of Ukraine dated 03 July 2024, the State Expert Center of the MoH of Ukraine announces a competitive selection of members of the Expert Committee of the State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".

- have a higher medical and/or pharmaceutical, and/or economic, and/or mathematical education;
- candidates for membership in the Expert Committee with higher medical education and/or higher pharmaceutical education must have experience of practical work in the specialty and experience in assessing the comparative efficacy (effectiveness) and safety of medicinal products.
- candidates for membership in the Expert Committee with higher economic or mathematical education must have experience in assessing the economic feasibility of medicinal products and may have an additional higher education in the field of management of healthcare institutions;
- not be in the civil service;
- not have a real or potential conflict of interest as provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
- not be in employment or any other contractual relations with manufacturers of medicinal products and holders of registration certificates for medicinal products or persons related to them;
- a person who during the last two years provides or has provided consulting services to the authorized body, including on matters related to the conduct of state health technology assessment, in particular regarding the inclusion (exclusion) of medicinal products in (from) the National List and/or in (from) the Nomenclature, managed access agreements, including regarding the preparation of relevant applications and dossiers, or to the applicant on matters regarding the inclusion (exclusion) of medicinal products in (from) the National List and in (from) the Nomenclature, on matters of consideration of the conclusions of the authorized body, state registration and/or support of state procurement of medicinal products, and/or who holds or has held during the last two years a position in which they represented the interests of applicants on matters regarding the inclusion (exclusion) of medicinal products in (from) the National List and in (from) the Nomenclature, on matters of consideration of the conclusions of the authorized body, state registration and/or support of state procurement of medicinal products cannot be a member of the Expert Committee;
- members of the Expert Committee may not directly (outside meetings of the Expert Committee) cooperate with interested individuals and/or legal entities on matters related to the conduct of state health technology assessment, in particular regarding the inclusion (exclusion) of medicinal products in (from) the National List and/or in (from) the Nomenclature, managed access agreements, including the preparation of relevant applications and dossiers, or be members of other committees, commissions or working groups on matters of review of conclusions of the authorised body, state registration and/or support of state procurement of medicinal products.
Members of the Expert Committee may be both citizens of Ukraine and foreigners (except citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus).

- a cover letter on compliance with the established requirements for candidates for membership in the Expert Committee in free form;
- application on the presence/absence of a real and/or potential conflict of interest in a candidate for membership in the Expert Committee on Health Technology Assessment of the State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" in the form attached;
- copy of the identity document;
- information and documents confirming the relevant education, work experience and functions performed, including with regard to the assessment of comparative effectiveness (performance), safety and/or economic feasibility of medicinal products;
- consent to the processing of personal data.
