For almost three years, the full-scale war has been testing our resilience. During this time, we have united, become stronger, more coordinated and ready for crises, and learned to act proactively.
To sum up the passing year, I would like to recall a few main results.
Since 2024, clinical trials of all types of medicinal products, including advanced therapy products, can be conducted in Ukraine. Expert evaluation of registration materials for cannabis plant substance has been introduced. Together with the MoH, a test period for the eCTD dossier submission format was launched for all main procedures. According to market assessments, the HTA system for medicinal products has been implemented at an even higher level, in line with best international practices. Most of the way has been covered in implementing legislative changes in the context of European integration processes, which effectively changes the pharmaceutical regulatory system in Ukraine.
All of this and much more was achieved thanks to our unity and cooperation.
Taking this opportunity, I want to thank the Ministry of Health of Ukraine team, international partners, market participants, and everyone who contributes to the development and building of Ukraine's pharmaceutical sector! I thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to turn our plans into reality!
