The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine invites specialists who seek to influence decision-making in the field of healthcare to join the team. Vacancies are currently open in the areas of health technology assessment (HTA) and medicinal product pricing:

Expert of the Division for Assessment of Economic Feasibility of Medical Technologies

Main responsibilities:

• analysis of the economic feasibility of medicinal products and medical devices;
• work with evidence-based data and international databases;
• preparation of expert conclusions within the framework of state health technology assessment.

Expert of the Division for Medicinal Product Pricing

Main responsibilities:

• calculation of maximum reference prices for medicinal products;
• price declaration in the National Catalogue;
• administration of the List of Maximum Reference Prices and the National Price Catalogue;
• analysis of the price situation on the pharmaceutical market and preparation of analytical materials on state price regulation.

Requirements for candidates

• higher education (medical, pharmaceutical or economic);
• work experience in the field of healthcare;
• analytical thinking;
• knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
• confident command of Excel.
