Responsibilities:
- analysis and description of business processes (AS IS);
- collecting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
- preparing system implementation plans;
- participation in testing, including preparation of test scenarios and acceptance criteria;
- development of documentation and training materials.
Candidate requirements:
- at least 1 year(s) of experience in business analysis, automation, systems implementation, business process description and/or testing of IT systems;
- understanding of business processes and principles of their modeling;
- ability to formulate requirements and work with stakeholders;
- basic knowledge of databases, APIs and project management tools;
- higher education (technical, economic or related);
- fluent Ukrainian;
- English language proficiency – from level B1.
