Expert of the Medicinal Product Pricing Division of the Health Technology Assessment Department of the State Expert Center of the MoH

Responsibilities:

• carries out the calculation of maximum reference prices for medicinal products authorized for use in Ukraine based on the latest available data on medicinal product prices obtained from official sources of authorized state bodies of the reference countries determined by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• carries out the calculation of maximum reference prices for medicinal products authorized for use in Ukraine based on the latest available data on medicinal product prices obtained from official sources of authorized state bodies of the reference countries determined by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• calculates the maximum wholesale selling prices for medicinal products included in the National List of Essential Medicines and for which, based on the results of state health technology assessment conducted in accordance with the Procedure for Conducting State Health Technology Assessment approved by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution of 23.12.2020 No. 1300, a conclusion of the authorized body has been prepared with recommendations on including the medicinal product in the National List and/or in the nomenclatures procured with state budget funds for implementing programs and carrying out centralized healthcare measures, except for those medicinal products for which the conclusion or extension (prolongation) of managed access agreements is recommended.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education (pharmaceutical, economic) in the relevant field of study (master's, specialist degree) and recommended work experience in the specialty of at least 1 year, recommended work experience in the healthcare sector of at least 1 year.
• Experienced user of MS Office, in particular MS Excel; knowledge of legislation in the sphere of medicinal product price regulation in Ukraine, of world practices regarding medicinal product pricing tools, and of issues related to the activities of the Department and the statutory tasks of the Center.

Working conditions:

• Probationary period of up to 3 months;
• Working hours: Mon–Thu from 09:00 to 17:30, Fri from 09:00 to 16:30.
