Responsibilities:
-
Conducting health technology assessment of medicinal products: analysis of economic feasibility (cost-effectiveness analysis and budget impact analysis) regarding the possibility of including/excluding a medicinal product in/from regulatory lists, based on best international practices and methodologies for health technology assessment and their adaptation to local conditions.

Searching for evidence data in scientometric databases and analyzing them (economic feasibility and comprehensive assessment of medical technologies).

Conducting state health technology assessment – primary and professional expert evaluation of applications and dossiers, state HTA under the abbreviated procedure at the request of the MoH with preparation of a corresponding conclusion on the possibility of including/excluding a medicinal product in/from regulatory lists; application of managed entry agreement procedures.
Requirements:

Ability to analyze and critically evaluate information.

Higher medical/pharmaceutical or economic education.

Work experience in the field – at least 2 years.

English proficiency – not lower than intermediate level

Teamwork skills, a high level of responsibility, and determination.

Fluent in MS Excel.
Working conditions:

- Probationary period of up to 3 months;
- Working hours: Mon–Thu from 09:00 to 17:30, Fri from 09:00 to 16:30.
