Expert of the Clinical Effectiveness Assessment Division for Medicinal Products of the Health Technology Assessment Department

Job duties:

• Conducting a state health technology assessment of clinical effectiveness,
  safety, organizational issues and safety issues for citizens in connection with
  the use of medicinal products.
• Searching for evidence data in scientometric databases and analyzing it on issues of
  clinical efficacy, safety and rational use in terms of
  pharmacotherapy.
• Ensuring scientific and methodological support of work on health
  technology assessment for the practical implementation of the health technology assessment system
  to inform decisions on their coverage/funding in Ukraine.
• Conducting expert work on the possibility of including/excluding a medicinal
  product in/from the State Formulary of Medicinal Products, regarding the assessment of the clinical
  efficacy and safety of medicinal products.
• Providing scientific and methodological support for work on rational
  pharmacotherapy and the state formulary system of medicinal products of healthcare
  facilities.
• Participation in organizing and conducting seminars, trainings and scientific and practical
  conferences.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education (master's, specialist).
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field.
• English proficiency not lower than Pre-intermediate.
• Ability to work in a team and to perform official duties with high quality.
