Documents for declaring maximum wholesale-release prices for medicinal products in the National Price Catalogue shall be submitted first for original (innovative) medicinal products within the following timeframes:
- from 17 April to 26 April 2025 (inclusive) for original (innovative) medicinal products included in the National List of Essential Medicines;
- from 17 April to 6 May 2025 (inclusive) – for other original (innovative) medicinal products not included in the National List of Essential Medicines.
For other medicinal products (which are not original (innovative) medicinal products) included in the National List of Essential Medicines, additional information on the deadlines for submitting applications for declaration will be provided after the MoH publishes the preliminary draft of the National Price Catalogue with prices for original (innovative) medicinal products included in the National List of Essential Medicines or approves by MoH order the List of Marginal Reference Prices for medicinal products included in the National List of Essential Medicines.
