For review! On the instructions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State Expert Center offers for review a preliminary algorithm of actions for applicants regarding the submission of documents for declaring prices for medicinal products.
Important! Submission of documents will be possible after the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine enters into force.
How to submit an application for price declaration?
To declare the maximum wholesale-release price for a medicinal product, the holder of the registration certificate for the medicinal product (or the holder of a permit for parallel import of the medicinal product) or its authorized representative (applicant) submits to the Single Window of the MoH through the Applicant's Electronic Cabinet the following documents:
- Application for declaring the price for a medicinal product in a special form. A detailed description of the application submission is in the User Instruction
- Power of attorney certifying the applicant's authority to declare the price for a medicinal product, with a translation into Ukrainian certified by the applicant in accordance with the procedure established by law, or a copy of such power of attorney certified by the applicant in accordance with the procedure established by law.
