In order to establish uniform requirements for the organization of record-keeping, in particular the procedure for forming files, ensuring their accounting, prompt search by content and type, determining the retention period of documents and their assignment to the archival fund, the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine informs about the resumption from 03.02.2025 of acceptance in the established procedure (in paper form only): contracts, additional agreements and other documents required for concluding a contract for the expert evaluation of registration materials for medicinal products, expert evaluation of clinical trial materials, expert evaluation of applications and dossiers for state health technology assessment, expert evaluation of applications regarding the possibility of including a medicinal product in the State Formulary of Medicinal Products.
