The training is aimed at developing practical skills in preparing dossiers for state health technology assessment (HTA) in accordance with the provisions of the HTA Guideline.
HTA (health technology assessment) is a practical tool that helps make informed decisions on the funding of medicinal products and medical technologies. During the training, we will cover the role of HTA in healthcare and in improving patients' access to clinically effective and cost-effective treatment. Participants will gain practical skills in preparing the general and clinical sections of the dossier for state HTA and will become familiar with modern approaches to analyzing evidence on the efficacy and safety of medicinal products.
Invited to participate: applicants, regulatory affairs specialists, pharmaceutical industry professionals, representatives of healthcare facilities, and all interested parties – HTA practitioners and users.

- The role of HTA in the healthcare system
- Basic requirements for the dossier for state HTA (general and clinical sections): choice of comparator, PICO framework, analysis of comparative effectiveness and safety, search strategy, evidence selection, critical appraisal, interpretation of results, basics of meta-analysis, etc.
