Dear partners! The team of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine sincerely thanks you for staying with us despite the war and helping to provide the population of Ukraine with high-quality, effective, and safe medicines.
To improve our cooperation, we ask you to take part in the survey “Quality of Cooperation with the Center” and evaluate your experience of working with the Center over recent years.
The purpose of the survey is to improve the quality of our services, determine your degree of satisfaction with changes in processes and procedures, hear your suggestions, identify issues that require the special attention of management, and find ways to resolve them.
You can respond anonymously or leave your contact details so that we can clarify the details. We use a Google Form but do not automatically collect data about respondents. The results obtained will be used in aggregated form.
The survey will run throughout February until 28.02.2023.
