The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine continues the systematic digitalization of services in order to improve interaction with applicants and enhance the convenience and accessibility of services in the healthcare sector.

The introduction of eCherha will minimize physical queues when submitting and receiving documents, making interaction with the Center more convenient and efficient.

Among other advantages for applicants

  • simple registration (via email, Google account);
  • the ability to plan a visit up to 7 days in advance and choose up to four services;
  • tracking the number of people in the queue, the estimated waiting time and the workload of operators.

Additionally, you can set up phone notifications about an operator call and receive information about "available slots" if another visitor cancels an appointment.

  2. Register in your personal account, confirm registration via email

We remind you that, within its powers, the Center accepts and issues documents for administrative services of the MoH, and also provides services for the expert evaluation of registration dossier materials for state registration of medicinal products, clinical trials, health technology assessment and other areas of activity.

The following applications are submitted to the MoH Single Window:

  • for state registration/re-registration and amendments to medicinal products;
  • for conducting clinical trials and introducing substantial amendments to protocols;
  • for licensing of medical practice;
  • for accreditation of healthcare institutions;
  • for declaring wholesale selling prices for medicinal products in the National Price Catalogue.

At the same time, the employees of the Service Center work with registration dossier materials – they accept, process and issue documents, as well as forward them to the relevant structural units of the Center.
