In view of numerous inquiries from stakeholders, we inform you that the working schedule of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has not changed, and services are provided in full.
Please note that due to the epidemic caused by the coronavirus COVID-19 and in order to comply with quarantine requirements, the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Center) conducts consultations with applicants via Skype conference by prior appointment with the relevant heads of structural units by e-mail. As of 16.03.2020, the available Skype contact is registered in the name of Kostiantyn Kuzmenko: 81743a09085fec2e. Additional Skype contacts will be provided after they are created in the near future.
Consultations by telephone and e-mail remain available. Please note that the quality of the consultation provided depends on a clearly formulated question.
In order to properly provide the population with high-quality, effective, and safe medicinal products and to respond promptly, it is planned to introduce changes to the organization of the work of the Scientific Expert Council and the Scientific and Technical Council of the Center.
We also inform you that, in accordance with the Center's order of 19.06.2018 No. 86, as amended, an Emergency Situations Commission (hereinafter – the Commission) has been established. In view of the need to prevent the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, from 11.03.2020 the Commission has intensified its work by coordinating measures to ensure a proper epidemiological regime at the Center.
We ask for your understanding regarding the contactless thermometry introduced at the Center and, where possible, to use medical masks when communicating with employees of the Service Center.
Such precautionary measures are aimed at reducing the spread and preventing infection.
