We invite you to take part in the survey and evaluate your experience of participating in public events organized or co-organized by the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Center) over the past two years.
The purpose of the survey is to identify priority topics and issues that require special attention, to hear your suggestions regarding the organization of future forums, and to improve the quality and effectiveness of our interaction and the Center's public events.
Why will it be useful for you to take part in the survey?
Thanks to your feedback:
- The topics and programs of the forums will be improved
- We will ensure they are held in the format that is convenient for the majority of participants
- We will ensure the participation of speakers (including international ones) who are of interest to the majority of the audience
- You will be able to become a forum speaker yourself by proposing an interesting topic for discussion in which you are an expert.

We use a Google Form, but we do not automatically collect data about respondents. If you wish, you can leave your contact details so that we can clarify the details. The results obtained will be used in a summarized form.
