The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has developed a template of a cover letter for the periodic safety update report (PSUR), to be submitted together with the corresponding PSUR.
The template provides for mandatory fields necessary for the proper execution of documents, identification of the submitted PSUR and ensuring its unified record-keeping.
In this regard, we ask applicants and applicants' representatives to use the new cover letter template when submitting PSURs and to ensure that all mandatory fields provided in it are completed.
