The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine continues to improve the Applicant's Electronic Cabinet. New functions have recently appeared in the system that optimize the process of preparing and submitting applications to the Single Window of the MoH.
Among the key updates:
- drop-down lists with answer options – simplify the process of filling out applications and minimize technical errors;
- the ability to copy applications allows speeding up their preparation – especially relevant when submitting a significant number of similar documents;
- a function for applying a qualified electronic signature (QES) has been integrated – the application submission process can be completed directly in the Electronic Cabinet without using third-party services;
- saving drafts of documents for step-by-step work without data loss;
- change history and specialists' comments to increase the transparency of document processing and improve communication between the Center and applicants.
In connection with the functionality update, the Applicant's Instruction on working in the Electronic Cabinet has been updated. It can be reviewed at the link: https://cabinet.dec.gov.ua/
Thus, the entire application submission process – from its creation to approval – can be carried out online without the need for a personal visit to the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Work on further technical improvement of the Electronic Cabinet continues.
