The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the ZDOROVI National Agency have started cooperation aimed at developing Ukraine's healthcare system. The Memorandum signed recently defines the areas in which the parties will work together – from the development of evidence-based medicine and professional education to international partnership and implementation of joint projects.
"For us at the State Expert Center, it is important that strong expertise translates into concrete changes. The ZDOROVI National Agency knows the needs of hospitals well and has extensive experience in implementing healthcare projects. By combining our competencies, we will be able to implement more initiatives that will be useful for the medical community and patients," emphasized Edem Adamanov, Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The focus of the cooperation:
- involving the expert community in the development, improvement and implementation of medical technological documents on the basis of evidence-based medicine;
- implementation of joint educational programs for healthcare professionals;
- developing cooperation with international donors, expert and partner organizations to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care;
- supporting transparency, integrity and efficiency in the healthcare sector.
"The Memorandum of Cooperation with the State Expert Center of the MoH is a logical continuation of the strategy to build a resilient, professional and patient-centered healthcare system. We share common values and have a single vision for the transformation of the medical sector. We believe that our partnership will become a powerful driver for quality and, most importantly, systemic changes," noted Nataliia Tulinova, founder and CEO of the ZDOROVI National Agency.
The joining of efforts of the Center and ZDOROVI creates a basis for implementing solutions that will contribute to the development of a modern and effective healthcare system with the patient at its center.
ZDOROVI is a provider of change in the healthcare sector. Since 2013 the organization has been implementing educational and research projects aimed at supporting reforms. After the start of the full-scale war, the fund built an effective system for supplying humanitarian medical aid to hospitals and actively supports the restoration of healthcare facilities.
