From 1 July 2026, applicants automatically receive electronic notifications on acceptance or refusal of acceptance of registration materials submitted to the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The notification is sent to the e-mail within 24 hours from the moment the Center receives the documents. The letter is accompanied by a checklist in accordance with the selected procedure with information on acceptance or refusal of the materials.
Automatic informing primarily concerns applications submitted in eCTD format. For materials submitted in other formats, notifications will be sent if the applicant has a current e-mail address.
Currently, automatic notifications are provided for documents whose submission requires a checklist. In particular:
- registration forms of medicinal products;
- materials of the registration dossier;
- additional materials and responses to comments within the procedures of registration, re-registration and variations;
- materials of clinical trials and substantial amendments;
- additional materials and responses to comments on clinical trials and substantial amendments.
Notifications are sent from the official e-mail address of the Center dec@dec.gov.ua.
The paper version of the checklist can still be obtained from the Customer Service Department.
The new mechanism was introduced taking into account applicants' requests. This is another step towards the digitalization of services and more convenient and prompt interaction with the Center.
