On 26 January 2023, regular meetings of the Scientific and Expert Council and the Scientific and Technical Council were held at the Center.
Based on the review of registration materials, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine recommended:
- to registration of medicinal products – 11
- to registration of substances – 3
- to re-registration of medicinal products – 3
- to re-registration of substances – 3
- introduction of changes to registration materials for medicinal products – 134
- amendments to the protocols of international multicenter clinical trials of medicinal products – 26, of which for the treatment of Covid-19 – 1.
In total, during January 2023 the Center provided the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with more than 650 expert recommendations on medicines and clinical trials of medicinal products. 20 medicinal products were recommended for registration.
The meeting also reviewed and approved new methodological recommendations developed by the Center's specialists, “Specifics of Conducting Clinical Trials of Medicinal Products for the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease” – the guidance will soon be published on the Center's website.
